Account Associate - Full Time Position
Apex Engagement Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Associate to join our dedicated account management team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative/operational support to assist the service team in supporting new and existing accounts. This role is operational in nature and focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution.

Graphic Designer - Full Time Position
Apex Engagement Solutions is seeking a qualified graphic designer to join our marketing and communications team. You will design, produce, and manage creation of client and employee-facing templates, benefits guides, postcards, posters, presentations, brochures, announcements, newsletters, flyers, and digital media communications (including HTML email).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in graphic design

Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or advertising with an emphasis in graphic design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Two (2) or more years experience as a Designer in a corporate or agency environment

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

Insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
